Overview
Learn cutting-edge data science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods for biomedical and healthcare research, ensure the rigor and reproducibility of your projects, and network with fellow attendees from around the country. At the end of the bootcamp, trainees will submit an implementation plan, and in the year after, with the support of a designated mentor, implement new skills in research and teaching.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Design and implement a training program in their home institution that replicates the key elements of this research collaboration training program.
  2. Carry out better data- and AI-intensive research.

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Michigan Medical School, Michigan Institute for Data an AI in Society (MIDAS), Jackson State University, University of Texas at San Antonio, and the College of William and Mary. The University of Michigan Medical School is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
