Join us for an interactive session exploring MPOG outcomes data, the role of anesthesia in preventing perioperative infections, and best practices for sepsis management. Learn about practice variations in hip and knee replacements and discover strategies to improve quality and patient outcomes across MPOG sites.

1. Describe the Multicenter Perioperative Outcomes Group (MPOG) plan to obtain and utilize perioperative outcome data.
2. Explain the role of anesthesia providers in the prevention and management of perioperative surgical site infections (SSI).
3. Describe and implement best practices in the prevention, identification, and treatment of perioperative sepsis.
4. Identify and analyze practice variation in perioperative management for hip and knee replacement surgeries.
