Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe the need to identify best practices for intravenous access devices in patients with cancer.
  2. Describe the process of developing guidelines using RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method.
  3. Identify appropriate selection and management practices for intravenous access devices based on MAGIC-ONC recommendations for patients with cancer.
