Overview
This course will benefit hospitalists and general internists, family physicians, physicians-in-training, and allied health professionals who care for patients with anemia and who require anticoagulation therapy. This is a clinically focused program designed for primary care health providers interested in the diagnosis and referral process for anemias and anticoagulation management. After completing this activity, participants will understand and be able to utilize new methods to diagnose and treat anemias and to manage anticoagulation.
