Anesthesia Crisis Resource Management After this activity, participants will be able to utilize best practices for leading crisis management events, introduce crisis resource management (CRM) skills to anesthesiologists, use crisis simulation as an opportunity for all faculty to practice and train, and provide peer-led sessions, with protected time, confidential debriefing, and evidence-based CRM leadership coaching.
