Overview
In this course, you will apply structured problem-solving methods to address a real work problem. Throughout ten 2-hour sessions over 10 weeks, you will receive brief instructions on each part of the problem-solving process followed by time to work on your actual problem with guidance from a coach. To attend this course you must have completed Solving Problems in Healthcare, Lean Healthcare class, or Practicing Healthcare Improvement. At the end of the course, participants will be able to utilize the scientific problem-solving process for any future problem they encounter allowing them to better reach goals and outcomes.
