Overview
The General Anemias and Anticoagulation Management webinar is a clinically focused program designed for providers who care for patients with anemia and who require anticoagulation therapy.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Outline the treatment and management options available for iron deficiency anemia
  2. Utilize new methods to diagnose and treat anemias and to manage anticoagulation.
  3. Identify different methods used in the reversal of anticoagulation
  4. Define different approaches to treat patients experiencing thrombosis
  5. Identify premalignant clonal hematopoietic disorders and risk stratification
