Enjoy the fall weather in Ann Arbor while updating your knowledge and honing your skills with renowned sports medicine and primary care leaders. We will cover sports medicine on Wednesday, October 15, and a full array of primary care topics on Thursday and Friday, October 16-17. We will highlight pediatric topics on Thursday afternoon.

We recommend that you join us in Ann Arbor for optimal learning, but you may attend virtually. Those attending virtually will not have selection among breakout sessions. You may register for one, two, or all three days of the conference.

1. Recognize indications for evaluation of joints and soft tissue using ultrasound.
2. Treat acute sports injuries in the primary care setting and refer to specialists.
3. Implement new treatments for several chronic conditions, including obstructive sleep apnea, postural tachycardia syndrome, osteoporosis, thyroid nodules, and hidradenitis suppurativa.
4. Identify patients who may have postural tachycardia syndrome.
5. Apply the FRAX algorithm for the diagnosis and management of osteopenia and osteoporosis.
6. Select the optimal pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic modalities to treat hidradenitis suppurativa.
7. Utilize buprenorphine to manage chronic pain in patients.
