Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Understand the role of ACOs in developing an integrated health care delivery approach, and the integral role of healthcare providers in ensuring the highest quality of care in the most cost-effective way to Medicare beneficiaries.
  2. Understand essential ACO requirements as it pertains to the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), coding, documentation, care management, and quality measures.
  3. Apply knowledge learned in the course to better serve patients and fulfill CMS requirements.
