36th Annual Update in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

Experts in Pulmonology and Critical Care medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School will present a two-day program for physicians and other health care providers that outlines the most current treatment information for patients with pulmonary complications. Combining case-based information, research studies, and common practice, presentations and hands-on workshops will focus on airway procedures and challenges seen in critical care, among other topics. This important update in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine will give attendees what they need to improve patient treatment and offer better outcomes. After completing this activity, participants will use evidence-based care and therapeutic options to treat common pulmonary conditions seen in the primary care office and will provide care following current guidelines, select appropriate tests and imaging studies, and refer patients when needed.
