The Michigan Trauma Quality Improvement Program (MTQIP) is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and Blue Care Network (BCN) Collaborative Quality Initiative (CQI) that addresses inconsistencies and variations in patient outcomes related to trauma care in Michigan.

1. Utilize recent advances in care for traumatically injured patients.
